I have yet to leave this city here. Back where I was from, I always lived around Silent Hill. [ Neighbouring Silent Hill had been Ashfield, where he was born, and Pleasant River, where he tried to live a normal life. He had chased one of his victims to Mexico in order to kill them, but his spirit had been bound to them so he didn't really get to do anything other than what he was there to do. ]

Well... [He laughs quietly and gives a little shrug.] Quite honestly, I just follow Hawke wherever she wants to go to train her Pokemon. Though I know she's interested in those islands... We'll probably make our way to Olivine soon.
I could drop by Goldenrod and bring you over to catch the ship with us?
If she is okay with me. [ He doesn't want to get his hopes up yet. He turns the Gear back to normal, Chaos folding her front paws onto Walter's lap to watch. He pets Chaos before speaking up, looking at the forest around him. ]
I've been coming here because it's quiet. When I was younger I used to go into the woods to be away from people. I'm not used to others.

That shouldn't be a problem. I can usually shut up if you ask me to, though Hawke is a little more... well, loud. But neither of us would blame you for needing some time to yourself.
...Thank you. [ After a pause he shuts off the Gear. Mostly because he's begun to cry and doesn't want Anders to know. Chaos pressed into his lap, trying to purr to calm him down but he can't stop, shoulder's shaking. ]

I wouldn't mind sharing a place with someone -- equally, mind you, not... feeling like I'm an inconvenience.
But here, it isn't impossible so much as not... sensible? Pokemon seem to grow better when they see new things, not the same ones over and over.
