[ Hello! You have reached: "Walter Sullivan". Unfortunately they cannot answer the phone right now. Leave a message after the beep and they will return your call. ]
Robbie seemed to settle with another loud sound. He was with Walter, and his friends now. He still went to TR HQ on rare occasions, mostly to act as Walter's bodyguard.
"It was his persistence that mattered." Just like a certain new member of his party. Chrism the Cinccino loitered by Robbie's legs, smiling at Walter happily.
Diana notices the fluffy little creature. "Oh, hey, Walt's little admirer. I nearly tripped over her back at the Bell Tower. Looks like you got what you wanted."
Chrism looked at Diana and folded her arms, tilting her head up with no small amount of attitude. Yes, she got what she wanted, Miss Steppy!
"...Admirer?" He was unaware of Chrism's spying. All he knew was that he'd somehow ended up with a Luxury Ball in his bag and a Cinccino that refused to tell him anything about her trainer; and who could hold her own in a battle.
She just chuckles at that attitude. "Yeh, she was hanging around you back at the tower. I tried to tell you but, well, she was sneaky and you were busy." Plus, Diana's convinced Walter spends over half his time ignoring her.
"Well, I'm glad you managed to make a friend is all that mess." She smiles at Walter. "All I got out of it-" She stops herself and looks away at Robbie for a distraction. "I hope she gets along with everyone."
Walter noted the rethought sentence but didn't comment on it. "She and Jennifer fight. It is how I realised that there is more to her than meets the eye." Chrism grinned smugly. Stupid Flareon hadn't expected a series of rocks to the face. And Walter had not expected it either. After looking up her moveset, he realised what she; a chain-attacking, physical fighter.
Diana giggled. "Oh no, poor Jenny. I hope she wasn't hurt too bad?" She spares Walter a glance, he doesn't seem as bad as when she found him. At least she'd distracted him for a moment.
"No. I took her to the Pokemon Centre after for her health." And he was constantly keeping an eye on the pair in case of further fights. So far, they had kept their distance but it was clear they were not going to get along.
Talking about his Pokemon was a good distraction. Though after Diana left, he would sink back into moping.
She smiles, then remembers and feels in her pocket. "I nearly forgot." She pulls the scrap of paper out and holds it out to him. "I took this for you. I found it back at the tower. I thought you might be interested."
"...You stole this." People doing things for him was still foreign, and he still looked for a motive in people's actions towards him. And stealing something too? He hesitated, hand hovering over the paper. What was she after?
She gives a shrug and a smile as she waits. "Yeah, pretty much." Her face falls a little, her brow furrowing. "You don't have to take it. I just thought you might be interested." She feels awkward holding it out now, she moves to slowly let her hand drop. "It talked about the sun and stuff and I remembered you said you were looking for things like that."
He finally took it, slowly opening it and reading what it said. He had seen some things about this but it never hurt to have more information. He tucked it into his pocket quietly.
"Thank you." But he oculdn't help asking. "Why did you steal this? You could have shown it to me at the Tower."
"Well, you know, you were pretty busy back at the tower." Because stealing means nothing to her. It's so minor in comparison to everything. "And then everyone was doing that dancing thing, and you looked so tired." Though seeing him dance had been the highlight of the whole thing for her. "And by then the bird showed up and everyone was wandering around. I was completely shot and I figured you felt even worse so I thought I'd just come see you today." And she'd wanted an excuse to see him.
He nodded. There was no denying any of that. He had danced almost non-stop to summon Ho-oh and nearly passed out after, dragging himself to the side before melting to the floor with Assumption. "Is there anything else you wnated to show me?"
Robbie gave another low rumble at his side. He knew Walter was having trouble with Manaka being gone, and gently gave him another hug. Walter just let it happen, not really reacting to it this time.
Diana shakes her head. "No, just wanted to drop that off and... you know. Check in on you." She can't help but smile at Robbie giving him a hug. "Looks like Robbie's got you covered though."
"I'm fine." He was a bit confused as to why she would be checking up on him in the first place. She hadn't known about him missing Manaka until she'd come here.
But he didn't press that question forward. He would find out in time. Robbie meanwhile, nodded. He's got this more than covered.

Chrism stepped over and stood by Walter proudly. "She is a capable battler."

It had mentioned the sun a lot. And an emissary.

Diana yawns and rubs her face. "Well, I better be going then." She gives Walter another smile. "I'll see you around, okay?"
