Walter smiled up at the scarred Pokemon, who was looking at Cissnei quietly. "Alessa, this is Cissnei. She is not with Team Rocket, and is trustworthy." Walter's assurances were answered with a soft cry, and she moved to half settle on his shoulders, still gazing at Cissnei.
"He doesn't know how to show what he feels. Even with us, he sometimes finds it hard. But I know that he thinks of Cissnei fondly." It was great to see Walter try to express himself, even if affection and friendship are languages he lost years ago due to his upbringing. She smiled with she saw Alessa appear, nodding to her respectfully.
