Hey, she wasn't exactly an innocent. The Turks were probably worse than Team Rocket in the grand scheme of things. They didn't harm animals but they had harmed people. A lot. And covered up a lot of dirty stuff. Cissnei would be a hypocrite if she tried to hold Walter accountable.
Drawing her hand away, Cissnei smiled down and tucked her arms behind her back again.
"From what I've experienced of Team Rocket they really aren't that put together. At all. It would be easy enough to break them down even if they did come at us as a group."

"Is that the one you released? The one that destroyed the building?"
"Then we'll tread with you. We'll help keep you safe. Normally numbers would be a bad thing but--" Tseng smirked gently, leaning in to bump his head to Claudia's. "Cissnei has experience in disappearing and we've all learned well from her."
